Spenser is a Lake Sunapee region native, growing up in the Grantham/Sunapee area. He has a BS in Corporate Finance and Investments, and a minor in Real Estate Management from Nichols College. Over the last 5 years, Spenser has worked in various aspects of the real estate industry, both on the commercial and residential side. Spenser purchased Sunapee Vacation Rentals in the summer of 2021. When Spenser is not running a company he enjoys skiing, water sports, and boating. Spenser has immense knowledge on the up-and-coming short-term rental market in the Sunapee region. He enjoys working with Sunapee Vacation Rentals Home Owners and Guests, to help them earn and maximize their homes’ rental income.

Glorilee Martinez has received her BS in General Business focusing on Marketing, Human Resource Management, and Entrepreneurship from Nichols College. She comes from an extensive background in business technology, business management, human resource management, and marketing. Glorilee has even gotten multiple certifications on Microsoft Office applications and Adobe applications. When it comes to working at Sunapee Vacation Rentals, she loves the joy booking a house brings to guests and all the stories they have about their time in Sunapee. She has her fair share of memories in Sunapee and loves that there is a way for others to enjoy Sunapee just as much.

Jenna DeLorenzo is from coastal Maine but pursued her degree in western Massachusetts at Nichols College for a BSBA in Market Analysis with a minor in Real Estate. Coming from a background of social media marketing, data collection and analysis, and sales she found herself enjoying the work she did for Sunapee Vacation Rentals. Joining the team to continue experience beyond the classroom. She knew the company would be a great fit after visiting the area and admiring the beauty it had to offer and wanting guests to experience the same.

Nick was born and raised in southern Connecticut. Nick pursued a bachelor's in general business with concentrations in finance, entrepreneurship, and real estate management. Nick will soon begin his journey earning dual master's degrees in Business Administration and the Science of Organizational Leadership. In joining the Sunapee Vacation Rentals Team, Nick’s extensive knowledge on operations, and team management plays a critical role. In his free time Nick enjoys, hiking, anything outdoors and fixing old cars.

Evan is originally from Rutland, Massachusetts and now resides in New Hampshire. Majoring in marketing and business administration from the University of New Hampshire, he joined the Sunapee Vacation Rentals team this past summer. On top of management and marketing, he has great knowledge of the real estate industry. Evan joined the team as a Property Manager and part of the marketing team. Evan loves working with the Sunapee homeowners and creating relationships. In his free time, Evan loves anything that involves the outdoors, golfing, and being on the boat with friends!

Evan was born and raised in west-central Connecticut and pursued his education in Marketing and Real Estate Management at Nichols College. Soon he will begin the process of attaining his MBA in Marketing. Working for Sunapee Vacation rentals has provided him with real-world experience in true customer satisfaction as well as market research in valuing rentals through his position as Customer Outreach Manager. Evan is dedicated to ensuring smooth client onboarding as well as accurate figures through market data analytics
